As a former Judge in the Shenzhen District Court, Michelle has managed over 3000 commercial cases, so she has a wealth of experience in commercial dispute resolution. As a lawyer, Michelle has provided legal services for banks, funds, asset management companies, import and export trade companies, cross-border e-commerce platforms and high-net-worth individuals. Michelle is familiar with legal issues arising under the Company Law, Contract Law, Guarantee Law, Tort Law and other laws and regulations.
